I finished 2014’s Real Estate Market scratching my head a bit. It seems to me the months that I should have been very busy I was very slow and the slow months were the busy months. I do wonder how much the 2013/2014 winter played into those factors.
Over all I would say the year was successful for myself and the market in whole.
